Scania Vs Volkswagen

The European Commission has given the Volkswagen Group approval to gain a majority stake in Swedish truck-maker Scania.  Volkswagen will increase its voting rights to 68% in a deal that will cost approximately £2.2bn.  Scania will retain its headquarters.
